Bio
Last modified: December 11, 2009I tell stories. I’ve been telling stories since I was able to talk, and I’m sure most writers will tell you the same thing. Most of the things I write are labeled as horror or fantasy, and that’s fine with me. I suppose when you have as much magic and monstrosities in stories as I do they can’t be called much else. And a lot of my stories don’t end happily. Of course, I don’t only write speculative prose. I’ve written articles for national magazines, I’ve got my very own IMDB credits, and I’m branching into as many areas as I possibly can, including comic books. It’s all about telling stories . . . I just hope enough people like the stories that I tell.
I grew up in a little town called Warrensburg in Upstate New York and spent my first seventeen years there. I moved to California, where I’ve been ever since – California doesn’t let go once it gets its hooks into you. Currently, I’m a freelance writer trying to make ends meet in a land where the sun always shines, the ocean is always blue, and the cost of living is sure to rise . . . just like all those damned zombies.
If I weren’t writing for a living, I think I would try raising and breeding ball pythons. I like animals of all sorts, but there’s something about those little snakes that I just adore.
I think that’s enough of a bio for now. Be sure to check out the “Works” page where you can find places to purchase my books, stories, and everything else. I appreciate it!
